The Sager family – Pastor Dan, his wife Dorothy, and their 4 children (David, Dawn, DeAnna, and Denae) were called by God and our church family to be our pastor in June of 2009. Prior to 2009, the Sagers served as missionaries in Moscow, Russia from 1996 to 2008.

“I had the privilege of being reared in a Christian home by wonderful, godly parents. We faithfully participated in church ministry in our little town in Iowa. There was rarely ever a time that we would miss any church event or ministry. At the age of 7, I trusted Christ as my personal Lord and Savior and was baptized a few weeks later. From a young age, the realization that God had called me to ministry was in my heart. Surrendering and following has not always been easy but God has been gracious and merciful and faithful.”
“We are grateful for our time of service overseas and count it a wonderful privilege to have been part of something so amazing. Our desire is to bring that same passion for God here to this mission field of Lafayette, Indiana. Our goal is to send the Gospel from THIS place to the world! Our hope is to be a missionary sending ministry – sending missionaries across the street and around the world! Praying the Lord of the Harvest will send laborers into His Harvest!
God has blessed us with some of the greatest people in the world here at Wea Ridge. We are honored to serve our Lord and Savior in and through this church family.”

“We love Lafayette and are glad to call it home. We pray God will use us mightily for His Kingdom in this place. As a young girl, I placed my faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. Not long after that, I surrendered my life to serve God wherever He would choose to lead me. My hope is to be faithful every day following and serving Him.”
“As a mother of four, my journey has been filled with pouring my life into my children. I believe they are my first mission field and my role is vital in loving, teaching, living, sharing, and growing them in life and faith. My prayer daily is for God to move in their lives as He has in mine. We have chosen to homeschool our children and believe this is one of the greatest ways to train up our children in the Lord. It has been and is challenging but it is even more rewarding as we see the evidence of God working in their lives. David and Dawn have both graduated from High School and college. DeAnna and Denae are learning and growing every day.
